Responding to a PLF lawsuit, filed on behalf of a citizens group, Federal Judge Dee Benson rules the regulations for the Utah prairie dog are unconstitutional.  PLF attorney Jonathan Wood, and Derek Morton, a representative of the People for the Ethical Treatment of Property Owners, discuss the ruling with host, Bob Krauter.  The federal district court held that the government has no power under the Commerce Clause to regulate the Utah Prairie Dog, a rodent that exists, 40,000 strong, only in Utah.
